I desperating need to clean my house. It is a desperate situation. I can't believe it has gotten so bad. Does anyone have any cleaning tips for me? I'm talking top to bottom clean.

Hire someone.
Seriously. If you hire someone to do a deep cleaning, and schedule it for, say, two weeks out. Gives you two weeks to take care of the clutter, and then your "reward" is that you don't have to scrub toilets.
Of course, this is coming from the woman who still has boxes to unpack from when she moved over a year ago, so take it with a grain of salt.

Now i know why you haven't been cleaning - you have a pregnant house. :)
